Terms of Service

Welcome to WolfPak Capture. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WolfPak Capture desktop software and our website. By purchasing, downloading, or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WolfPak Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to:

  • Download and install the WolfPak Capture desktop application on supported operating systems (Windows 10/11).
  • Use the software for personal or commercial business purposes.

Lifetime Use: Your license is perpetual for the version of the software you purchased. You are not required to pay monthly subscription fees.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software to extract source code.
  • Distribute: Share, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software to third parties.
  • Violate Laws: Use the software to capture or archive websites in violation of applicable laws, copyright, or terms of service of the target websites.
  • Remove Attribution: Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the software.

3. Software Updates & Support

Your license includes:

  • 1 Year of Updates: Free access to new software releases and bug fixes for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Email Support: Access to our support team for installation and troubleshooting assistance.

After the 1-year period, you may continue using the software indefinitely, but you will not receive new updates unless you purchase an extension (if available).

4. Payment Terms

The software is offered as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process.

5. Refund Policy

Important: Due to the nature of digital software licenses, we generally do not offer refunds once the license key has been issued and activated. Exceptions may be made if the software fails to function on a supported system despite our best efforts to troubleshoot. Please review the full Refund Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WOLFPAK INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WolfPak Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the software.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software will cease, and you must uninstall all copies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website.
