Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing WolfPak Capture. We strive to provide high-quality software that helps you archive web pages efficiently. However, because WolfPak Capture is digital software that includes a proprietary license key, please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
1. General Policy
Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of license keys, we generally do not offer refunds once the license has been issued and the software has been downloaded.
Since the license cannot be "returned" in a physical sense, issuing a refund would technically not revoke your ability to use the software unless we manually disable your specific license key on our servers.
2. Exceptions (When We Do Refund)
We understand that technical issues can occur. We may issue a refund at our discretion in the following specific circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If the software fails to install or launch on a supported system (Windows 10/11) and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 days of purchase.
- Corrupt Download: If the download file is permanently corrupt and cannot be replaced or fixed by our support team.
- Accidental Double Purchase: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same license key. We will refund one of the charges immediately.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptions above, please contact us:

Details: Please include a description of the technical issue you are facing and screenshots of any error messages.
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
4. License Deactivation
If a refund is approved, your license key will be immediately deactivated and blacklisted in our system. You will no longer be able to use the software or receive future updates. Continued use of the software after a refund is a violation of our Terms of Service.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback (dispute) with your credit card provider without contacting us first, your license key will be permanently banned, and you will forfeit access to the software and any future updates.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that refunds are not granted for:
- Changing your mind after purchase.
- Realizing the software does not support a specific website format (please check our FAQ/Demo before buying).
- Inability to use the software due to hardware limitations (not meeting System Requirements).
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake.
